1. Publisher

The Last Grave Job is an independent game project developed by Patryk Gramatowski and Dawid Gielzak under the name DEPAND GAMES. The game is currently published by Patryk Gramatowski as an individual based in Poland (“Publisher”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This description of the development team does not, by itself, determine ownership of intellectual property rights. Contact: info@depandgames.com.

2. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to your use of The Last Grave Job (the “Game”) and any related content provided by the Publisher. Your use of Steam and Steam services is also subject to Valve’s applicable terms and policies.

3. License to Use the Game

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the platform through which you obtained it. Purchasing or accessing the Game does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game may contain code, artwork, audio, text, characters and other materials protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the Game or its content except where permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use cheats or unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage, intentionally disrupt multiplayer sessions, exploit the Game to harm other players, or distribute unauthorized copies of the Game, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

6. Multiplayer and Steam

The Game uses Steam services for multiplayer features. Steam profile names and avatars may be displayed to other players. Online features may depend on the availability and operation of Steam and other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability where interruptions are outside our reasonable control.

7. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, patches and fixes, and may change features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any obligations owed to players.

8. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Steam and other third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. These Terms do not replace agreements between you and those providers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
